The minimum bending radius is 300 mm for the 8 mm thickness panel. For tighter curves, pre-heating the panel to 30-35 degrees Celsius improves flexibility. Installation on radii below 300 mm is not recommended as it may cause surface stress or delamination.

Can the panel be installed on existing curved substrates? ▼

Yes. The bendable formulation allows installation on substrates with curvature matching the panel's minimum radius. Substrate must be smooth, clean, and structurally sound. For adhesive installation, use flexible polyurethane adhesive to accommodate minor substrate movement.

How to clean and maintain the wood grain surface? ▼

Use soft microfiber cloth with mild soap and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or ammonia-based products which may damage the wood grain texture. For stubborn stains, use isopropyl alcohol diluted with water (1:3 ratio) sparingly.

What adhesive is recommended for curved installations? ▼

Use solvent-free polyurethane construction adhesive with high initial tack. For curved surfaces, apply adhesive in a serpentine pattern and press panel firmly. Temporary bracing may be required for 24 hours to ensure proper adhesion on curved profiles.

Storage and Handling

Store panels flat on level surface, stack height under 1.2 meters. Acclimate for 48 hours at 15 to 30 degrees Celsius before installation. For curved installations, allow additional acclimation time of 72 hours. Warranty: 8 years against manufacturing defects.
