This wall panel system is manufactured from wood-plastic composite (WPC) material combining recycled wood fibers and thermoplastic polymers. The 8 mm thickness provides structural rigidity for vertical wall applications. Panel width is 122 cm with available lengths ranging from 2.44 m to 4.0 m in seven options: 2.44 m, 2.6 m, 2.8 m, 3.0 m, 3.2 m, 3.6 m, and 4.0 m. The natural wood grain texture replicates organic surface characteristics while the closed-cell WPC formulation prevents moisture absorption. Suitable for interior wall cladding in residential and commercial spaces where humidity control is required.

Installation & Material Considerations

Acclimation requirement: Store panels horizontally in the installation room for 48 hours at 15 to 30 degrees Celsius before fixing to allow material stabilization.

Substrate preparation: Wall surface must be flat within 2 mm per meter. For concrete or masonry walls, apply moisture barrier if relative humidity exceeds 75 percent.

Expansion gap: Leave 5 to 8 mm gap at all wall corners and fixed obstacles. Cover gaps with matching PVC trim profiles.

Cutting method: Use carbide-tipped saw blade with 60 teeth or more. Avoid excessive feed rate to prevent edge chipping.

Common Questions & Technical Solutions

Can WPC panels be used outdoors?	This product is formulated for interior applications. Prolonged UV exposure or freeze-thaw cycles may cause surface degradation. Outdoor-grade WPC variants are available separately.
How to clean the natural wood grain surface?	Use soft cloth with mild detergent and water. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or high-pressure water jets which may damage the embossed texture.
What adhesive works with WPC panels?	Use solvent-free polyurethane construction adhesive or MS polymer adhesive. Avoid solvent-based contact adhesives which may soften the material.
Are the panels paintable?	Painting is not recommended as the embossed wood grain texture is integral to the panel surface. Paint adhesion may fail over time.
How to handle different wall heights?	Select length option closest to wall height without exceeding. For walls taller than 4.0 m, stack panels horizontally with staggered joints.
What is the panel weight for transport?	Approximately 2.5 to 3.0 kg per square meter. A full 4.0 m panel weighs approximately 14.6 kg.

Material Compatibility & Limitations

Operating temperature range: 0 to 50 degrees Celsius for interior applications. Avoid placement near direct heat sources exceeding 70 degrees Celsius.

Chemical resistance: Resistant to diluted acids, alkalis, and salt solutions. Not compatible with strong solvents including acetone, MEK, or chlorinated hydrocarbons.

Structural limitation: Panels are decorative cladding only. Do not use as load-bearing elements or for shelving support.

Storage recommendation: Keep panels in original packaging on flat, level surface. Maximum stack height: 1.2 meters. Store indoors with temperature between 5 and 35 degrees Celsius. Avoid direct sunlight exposure during storage.
