1. Substrate Preparation

2. Measurement, Marking, and Layout

4. Pasting and Pressing

Align the panel with the reference line. Use a rubber plate or hammer to gently tap and press from the center outward to exhaust air and ensure no voids.

5. Detail Processing: Internal/External Corners and Beveling

The material can be bent directly at room temperature. For sharp external corners, it is recommended to bevel the edges at 45° for a seamless 90° joint. Use a heat gun in cold temperatures to increase flexibility.

6. Grouting and Cleaning

Typically leave a joint of 1mm-3mm. Use a waterproof and anti-mold grout. After installation, it is recommended to apply a layer of penetrating stone protector to enhance water and stain resistance.
